Rating: 85% (B+) Worth It

The repetitive tales of witches and werewolves is nothing new to audiences, but the new #Netflix original series #TheOrder adds a bit of originality within the scope of the genre. The concept is an interesting one, leaving audiences skeptical at first, due to the somewhat lighthearted and comical nature of the narrative. However, elements begin to emerge that are entrancing, keeping an audience transfixed and longing for more. The most successful aspect of a series is not within the cast it's able to assemble, but rather within the narrative that builds upon mystery, while implanting new pieces to be discovered. On the other hand, the acting from some of the characters, both main and minor, could have been better, but it wasn't enough to extinguish the journey that was witnessed. In short, despite its minor flaws it's definitely worth the watch, especially if the underground and secretive world of sorcery and mythical creatures is something you enjoy to witness and behold.
